Founder
Hi! I am Erika Sanchez
I got a degree as Chemical Engineer, and subsequently I undertook a master in Quality Productivity and a business diploma at IPADE.
My professional journey linked with people’s agenda started at 3M Mexico in 1996 where I performed assorted responsibilities throughout my 17 years working for this fantastic company. My last position at 3M Mexico was as Human Resources Director in 2007.
My next career move was as North Latam Human Resources Director at Thomson Reuters Mexico in 2013. My family and I moved to Montreal, Canada in 2016 where we spent 5 years.
Once living in Canada, I started my own business as Executive and Transformational Leadership Coach, and although I started my role as coach when I was appointed as HR Director at 3M, I have taken several coaching certifications to better serve my client’s purposes.

I currently live in Dublin, Ireland, and I am married to Axim, a great man. We have a lovely daughter named Maria Jose and a little pug, Luna. I love biking, reading, and I am a sunset hunter! This is me!
